Streamzoo is amazing because it’s better than Instagram! Yes, I did just say that. The reason is simple, Streamzoo have social cracked and have better photo editing options.
When you upload a photo, it can be any size or aspect ratio, you have a good selection of filters, borders, tilt shift effects, you also have manual adjustments options like contrast and brightness. Once you have edited your photo you can add a separate title and description.
The social aspect works like a game, you received points for likes on your photos, points are added to your score and everyone’s score is arranged in a leader board. In addition to liking photos, you can comment, share to other social networks and follow users.
3. Pixlr-o-matic – Amazing Effects!
Pixlr-o-matic, from the makers of Auto CAD comes, a very cool and nicely designed photo editing app. With Pixlr-o-matic you are spoiled for choice with 100 effects, 280 overlays and almost 200 different borders. Annoyingly Instagram only allows you to upload square photos.Instagram also lacks manual colour adjustments.
The shocking truth about Instagram is that it’s over hyped – it is not the best app for editing photos or sharing them. Instagram is on our list of Amazing Android Photo Apps because of its popularity and Facebook’s purchase of Instagram for $1 Billion.

5. Color Splash FX – It’s New!
Color Splash is a new app from the makers of Camera Zoom. Colour Splash allows you to take a black and white photo then paint the colour back in - which is amazing. The skill level for using this app is fairly low but the results can be beautiful. Colour Splash FX is available from the Google Play sore as a free download, and is well worth trying out.
